Hands-free stuff for a Kyocera/VirginMobile K10 Royale cell phone?

Hands-free stuff for a Kyocera/VirginMobile K10 Royale cell phone?

I have a Virgin Mobile cell phone made by Kyocera(their home version is called the K10 Royale), and I live in California, where as of this coming July 1, it’s against the law to drive and use your cell phone…

Do you think Kyocera has a hands-free device for the K10 Royale(or something that’s compatible w/ that phone model)?

Thanks…

BTW, the K10 Royale is no longer being offered by Virgin Mobile as of last June ’07…

Ever since they passed that law….do you find yourself looking for drivers who blatantly violate it ? I went out and spent $ 75 bucks for my device…..yet I still see a lot of people continually talking like nothing has changed! In fact…I actually look for drivers holding a phone to their ear.Do you notice yourself patrolling for cell phone violators?

We have the same law in the Uk but its $ 120(ish) here
Its just another form of taxation even though one guy bought a hands free kit and was using it when he had an accident the cops checked it and discovered he had been on the phone to his mom for 20 mins .He still got done for not paying due care and attention Big Borther is watching not just you

That drives me nuts, too.
This past week, on average, I’ve seen at least 5 people a day blabbing away on their cell phone. On highways and streets. I imagine that their phone call must be VERY IMPORTANT, otherwise they wouldn’t be talking, right. :)
I was driving behind a guy in a truck, and his phone was glued to his ear, he was braking too much, and his speed was erratic.
And then, on the same stretch of highway, I made a lane change, a guy changed lanes behind me, and I noticed he was on his phone, too.
There was one day, I was just making my way to a freeway onramp about a mile or two away, and I saw three people on their phones (!)
And while a parking lot may be private property so it’s OK to talk on a cell phone there, still, I saw someone almost get hit by a UPS driver speaking on some cell phone or walkie-talkie making a FAST turn in the lot.
What are we supposed to do when we see that? Call the cops? It’s frustrating but not surprising to see all these vain, selfish people talking on their phones. I imagine those are the type of people who don’t get caught. I bet if I so much as even raise up my cell phone to glance at is, 5-0 would be on my tail so fast, just like the time, it was late at night, after midnight, I’m just coming home, and I didn’t come to a complete stop at a four-way where I was the only car, and a cop pulled me over. Nevermind those times during the day, when I’ve seen numerous times people just blowing right through when there’s other cars around. No, I don’t see cops there to catch that guy, but he’s there to catch me when I’m no threat to anyone.
