I reckon most of the up to date phone number lookups are not free. Many of the free ones have out dated information. Many online websites provide a search of all different types of phone numbers such as cell phone number, fax phone number and web phone numbers. There is an instant phone number lookup available on Abika.com The page where you can run the instant search is http://www.abika.com/Reports/FindPhoneNumbers.htm
The description says that you can run an instant search for phone numbers from publicly available resources.
