Stay off the phone during class, turn it off. They have the right to remove any object or person from a classroom that is distracting to the purpose of school, which is learning, not texting or chatting with friends on the phone or playing games on it

they do have the right to take the phone away but only if you are abusing your right to carry a mobile to school.
fair is fair.

your opinion plz..thks.

yes. I mean the insurance..
they have sony Ericsson walkman cell phone

Answer by shalertitan52
I assume you mean insurance, as all cell phones come with a one year warranty from the manufacturer.
In my opinion, it depends on the value of their phone. If the kids are using a cheap/free phone, I wouldn’t get it. On the other hand if they have a high end phone, such as a blackberry, I would definitely get it!!!!

find out what the insurance deductible is. if its more than you paid for the phone don’t do it. my kids deductibles are 70 bucks which is less than i paid for the phones so def. my boys have insurance.

Well…For young kids, I suggest getting basic phones. They will be dropping, scratching them maybe. The insurance wont be cheap. So, just get lowest priced phones and tell them to be carefull with it. Its not a toy.

Do people insure their cell phones now?
this insurance will be against what?
I do not think cell phones are that much expensive now to be insured it will end that you pay insurance premium for nothing.

Aiken County improves 9-1-1 response capabilities
With less emergency calls coming from a landline phone and more from cell phones, it’s getting difficult for dispatchers to find you when you really need it.
