like what brand of prepaid phones have a gps in them? that i can acces from a website easily, whenever i want to see where they are?

several Verizon Wireless phones have the capability of using a service called chaperone. Some phones also allow you to track with the “parent” phone or via a website.

absolutely, they are children. Once they are adults its not ok.
