Is there a site where you can trade your cell phone for another cell phone at about the same value?

All I’ve been getting in my search results are sites that will give you cash for your old cell phone.

you can use craigslist. A lot of people sell new phones and are willing to trade. They have a special cell phone section to use. Just look it up in your area.

Hard to see in this picture, but all these guys are yelling into their cell phones and each other as they trade gold in the old market.

I have the HTC Tilt 2. I was wondering just like when new upgrades come out you can trade it for that phone. Can I trade this for any phone there with no costs?

no. the only way to get a free phone is if your contract is done and you sign another 2 year contract.

No. There are no trade-ins at AT&T. When you’ve completed 20 months of your contract, you’re eligible for an upgrade. You can get a new phone at the new customer price in return for signing a new contract. Prior to that, a new phone is full price.
