Is there anything I can buy to get better cell phone reception at my house?

We just went into a new house in the middle of nowhere and I have no cell phone reception anywhere. I have AT&T and I was wondering if I can buy some sort of mini tower or something?

I have AT&T too, one of persons would come in clever. I honestly don’t reckon that such things are available though, sorry.
