how can i activate a verizon phone to a cellular south account?

I am wanting to get a nokia 6205 cell phone or the LG Chocolate3 from Verizon Wireless, but have cellular south…any help on the swap???? Cellular South just doesn’t have any excellent phones. They all seem to be the same stylishness/color/etc.

I know I need to maybe unlock the Verizon phone and then how do I transfer my Cellular South account over the the new phone?

Verizon does not unlock their phones. So therefor a Verizon phone can only be used on Verizon. So it would not work.

I like the phone but cellular south does not carry that particular model. I want to hold it but wants to make sure it can be activated by my cell phone carrier.
