Have any of you changed cell phone providers while keeping your cell number?

I have Verizon, I am going to switch to Revol. I was told by Revol that I can keep my first cell phone number from Verizon at no extra charge.
Is this right?

Thank you!

I did it from Verizon to AT&T so probably

Yes this is right. If you question for more detail from the company your switching to it is called PORTING your ancient number.

Your number is assigned to a HEX key in the network. Your new network will request a exchange in this Hex key to their new one and Voila you have your ancient number on you new service

There were a number of posters by school children about not driving while talking on one’s cell phone.

Someone blocked my friends number on my cell phone.
How can I clean out my acquaintances cell number?

Answer by Teresa
It depends on what phone your friend has. Most models are all different from one another. It’s usually located in the call background. Quick way to clean out from what I know of, place *82 before the phone number. Hope that helps.

It is generally in settings>call Settings>blocked numbers
