Why do women get better insurance rates when they're worse drivers?

eight out of ten fender benders are caused by women, 6 out of ten speeding tickets are agreed to women, women are less likely to use signals or stop on the stop line, young female drivers are more aggressive and perilous drivers more often cited for tailgating, failing to yield and stop at stop signs. They are more likely to be using a cell phone or putting on make up while driving (I know, so don’t even say it) and they really have a higher incidence of road rage then men! So why?
Men like their children just as much as women and drive to insure their safety. Ladies let’s focus and keep on track with the question life questioned, equality and harassment issues belong on that worn out list of things women say when they get their feelings hurt or when they need to lash out!

maybe most drunken drivers tend to be men and men tend to want to drive sportscars, huge trucks, etc.

You bring up excellent points, as far as young inexperienced lady drivers. But men, young and ancient, seem to always drive nearer and take more risk. When a women is taught to drive correctly, she is as excellent as driver as anyone else on the road. When she becomes a mother, look out, you are in distress there, she will always reckon of her kids before herself, whereas men still have the same driving lifestyle they had before they became fathers.

Yeah, it doesn’t make sense. I saw a woman behind me talking on the phone, and drinking a coffee with one pinky on the wheel trying to merge into traffic with her Urban Assault Vehicle. I also saw a woman behind me trying to run another vehicle off the road!

I have been in one accident in ten years and it wasn’t my fault. Two speeding tickets years ago.

14/14 – Today was THAT day….

Today was THAT day. You know the one….The one where everything is a trial. Among the things going incorrect, I managed to place my cell phone at home when public were supposed to call me and on the way back I was riding with my sister when we got into a fender splurge. She was shook up, so I had to be the cool one and handle the insurance aver. Add that to the fact that I’m just worn out. Too much "we" time, not enough "me" time. I will probably keep trying to do photos on a daily basis, but I’m not putting fantastic difficulty on for myself to get it done.

So, today wraps up my two week project. I’m pleased that I was able to stick with it the entire way. I REALLY loved it!

I was backing off days gone by in the parking lot and i hit the guy behind me, it was a small accident a small invisible piece of his pumper broke down, and he didn’t want to go through insurance and wanted to settle down! i gave him my name and phone number and i got his, this all the information he had about me, he don’t even have my car plate number!

but anyway i fell that this guy might want to use me and question for lots of money, my question is if he questioned for lots of money and didn’t have a prove that this is the real cost for fixing the splurge, if i said NO i’m not going to pay you .. what he has against me? What’s the possible scenarios he may maybe follow, and how to get out of it? and what’s the right business to do?

Note that he don’t have any witnesses or even complete information about me just my name and cell phone!

If he gets a legitimate estimate and you agreed to forego your insurance company, I don’t see any alternative but to pay the man.

bumper cost 2000 buck or more sometimes that small invisible piece might cost you 3000 bucks

got your name and number can sue you for it then you pay for car and court cost and miss time from work

Simple now. Do the right business. Start off by result out how much he is asking for the repair.
You’re making him sound like a terrible guy before he has even had the chance to tell you what
the repair is going to cost him. Take it from there. He has your number, he can always report
you if you run. You did hit him !

He can report you to the police for the accident and take you to court. Once it’s in court the judge will make the determination if what he’s asking for is too much.

Contact your insurance company. You are paying premiums for their services.

He may not have a license. He may maybe be scamming you in that he will keep asking for more, or he will “realize” that he was injured. He may maybe have went his car into your blind spot so that you did not see him when you started backing up. He may maybe have written down your license plate number without you seeing him do it.

If he has your name he can find out where you live, work, or go to school.

You pay for insurance to save you from the many hassles that can happen. Even if there is an increase in premiums, it may be much safer to report it.
