I want to get a new cell phone and new plan. The problem is i only have $ 113 to work with. I want to buy a cell phone online and go to a cricket dealer and get it activated. I just don’t know if it will work.

Yes, If it is a cricket phone. No verizon, att, sprint, etc. They will not do it even if it is unlocked. But you can buy a cricket phone and have it activated at there store.
