How and what do you need to make your 3gp android cell phone videos into the highest quality for dvds?

I wanna know how to take a regular cellphone video and blow it up to where the pixels are not showing as bad and be able to look like or close to dvd quality. Is this possible?

It’s not possible! You can make a high quality video to low quality video, the you can’t do it reversely. Because, low quality videos has to cut a lot of images to make the video smaller, and those images are not able to be retrieved. So I suggest you to download a high quality video from internet again.

I almost got excited. I thought you were talking about the G1.

So far the other Androids that I have seen do not offer a full qwerty pad, and they seem ok. Some of them have better options offered, but I don’t think any of them really stand up to the G1 simply because of the qwerty pad.
