Can you swap SIM cards between phones with different services? ?
I have Cincinnati Bell cell phone service. They use SIM cards. I was wondering if I could buy a phone from another company that uses SIM cards, like T-Mobile, and just put my SIM card from Cincinnati Bell, in the T-Mobile phone.

No – I have tried before and it did not work.

Yes, but only if you can get the unlock codes from the carriers to open the device up to all services.
What do you think? Answer below!
I’m in 8th grade and I’m getting a new cell phone for graduation. Cincinnati Bell is my service provider. Right now I have the Nokia 6085 in pink. I want to get a phone that is a slider, and I’m leaning toward the Pantech Duo because it has a keyboard too. But I don’t want to accidentally choose a crappy phone. Which phone would you suggest that I get?
Here is a link that shows you the different cell phones they have:

well what ever you do DO NOT get a panteach duo they are really crappy phones that easily break
nokia 7610- that would be a good phone or you can look at the reviews also i like the Sony Ericsson W580 those are good to but if you text 24/7 i would not get it because after 5 months of texting or a little less the keys crack and fall off
