What to do? Cell phone help, please.?

I need some advice on this. I want to buy a smart phone that I can talk, text, and go on the web unlimitedly. I would prefer it this was the droid, or some additional phone that uses Google’s Android OS. I, but don’t have a lot of money, nor does my family. What would be the cheapest way to do this? ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I REALLY like the Boost Mobile Phone 50 dollars, boundless plot, and the Sanyo Incognito phone. I would really delight in persons, but I don’t know how to make $ 190 for the first month (since I am only 13-years-ancient). Well, I know what phone I want, and which plot and company I want. Thank you for that advice!

Get a family plot contract on AT&T and buy a blackberry curve on ebay for cheap and just have a 30 dollar a month for boundless internet, Droid SUCKS.

Of the major carriers, Sprint has the least expensive plans. But, in many areas, the coverage is simply dreadful. Boost, Metro and Honest Talk are all less expensive alternatives. All have the same issue – poor coverage in many areas.

Your most expensive alternatives, AT&T and Verizon, will cost you $ 120/month plus fees and taxes for boundless everything for a smart phone.
