How do i get video ringers on my sanyo m1 cell phone to work????

Yeah I have a sanyo m1, downloaded a few record ringers and when public call the record doesnt show up on the outside screen just the main one on the inside…is there anyway to get it to play on the outside….cuz its kinda pointless to have it play on the inside….

i always noticed that the vibrate on my cell phone was louder than normal cell phone vibrates and i kept it on vibrate alot of the time [i would also have it on vibrate and have my cell phone wake me up in the mornings and i would always fall asleep on top of my cell phone]. suddenly it stopped working. it seems like the vibrate wore down cuz i tried background it back on vibrate and had someone call and it would vibrate for a second before just dying down.
i really have no thought what to do. if theres a way for me to fix it for myself, i would like that.
but additional than that, HOW DO I FIX IT [in general]?

The vibrate mechanism is broken. If you have insurance just call sprint and get a new one, if not many community shops can fix it for a small fee
