is a cell phone company at fualt if its dealers tell me something thats not true.?

i recently added a phone line to plot and was told that the 14.99 i was paying for boundless texting would cover both lines, but i looked at my bill online and found out i was life charged 20cents per text for the additional line. i called customer service and they credited me 50 texts until i can speak with a real person.whos at fualt?

Well you’re at fault for not reading the contract/upgrade clearly. Every phone company out there does this. The 14.99 is for one line boundless text, if you want it for both lines, you’ll have to pay the “family” text plot, which will be higher.

I had that happen to me too, but if you read it closely enough, it clearly states it’s for the one line, not both.

The best way to do that is to become a dealer/reseller for one of the cell phone service providers, such as Verizon, Sprint, Cingular (AT&T) and/or T-Mobile. Cell phone service providers have subsidies that lower the cost of cell phones, and you get the best prices on phones that way. Look up a cell phone company in the phone book and call. Question about apt a dealer.
