How can I find someones cell phone number?

I know this persons first and last name, and I know the city they live in, but I have no thought what his cell phone number is, and I need it. Is there a website or anything that can provide it for me? How do I find someones cell phone number? Thanks!
Also, I can’t just question him for it, because I don’t personally know him, but I need to talk to him and the only way I can do that is by his cell phone.

no cell phone numbers are unlisted unless that person chooses to list the number… but in most places you can’t have your cell # published unless with same carrier as community companies that place out telephone books.

The only way I know of is to use a pay type service. Try the Cell Phone Registry. Type in the name and search, it shows if a name is available before you have to pay. You do have to pay to get the report though

It claims: “Our powerful tool searches multiple databases of Land-line, Mobile and Unlisted Phone Numbers to bring you the most up-to-date and accurate data .”

You can try emailing her or writing her a letter and mailing it via the post office.

There are many websites that will help you to search on public’s phone number but you have to pay a small charge. You can find it on some reverse phone listing websites. And I reckon it’s a better way for you to find your daughters cell phone number.
