I own a small cell phone store. I want to increase my sales so I would like to know what people would like in a sales person?

that is a great question!!!! i think it is a person who loves helping people and is nice! he or she should no lots about phones and about the store! they should b tolerent and able to give their opinion! they should give suggestions about things and be honest! mostly dont annoy the costomer! i think nice sales person = i am coming again!!! lol
