How do you upgrade cell phone in GTA 4?

I want to upgrade or buy a new cellphone on the internet cafe so i can have a new ringtone.

I don’t reckon you can buy a new cellphone, you get agreed a new one about a quarter way into the game.

When you go online there is a website it reckon it’s called “Whiz Mobile” where you can buy ringtones and new wallpapers.

A character in the game will give you a new phone at a certain point in the game.

You can’t buy a new phone but you can buy new ring tones and wall paper…
Playboy X gives you a new phone later in the game.

Tip: $ 100 for all ringtones and themes

After getting the phone from Playboy X, go to the nearest Internet cafe. Buy all of the ringtones and themes from the ringtones site. Log out of the computer, and you will notice that you only paid $ 100 for all ringtones and themes.

Playboy x gives you a new cell phone with a camera in it. With this you can download ringtones, MP3 ringtones, and themes like Burger Shot online at @ on a computer.

My new phone, the Helio Kickflip. Features include:

Downside: No Bluetooth, no Mac compatibility (yet)

So far I’m really pleased with the device and the service. I get full reception in my apartment, something I did not have with a Nokia/Cingular combo. (Helio uses the Sprint PCS network).

There will be some major upgrades to the Helio software in coming weeks, which I look forward to. This includes better functionality within some of the apps, as well as HTML web browsing (currently only supports WAP).
