are some cell phones really free when you buy them online?

cause on some websites it says theyre free, are the phones really free? i kno that it has to come with a contract and u have to buy it and the plot, so yeah just the phone. is it really free? and do you reckon its better to order it online or buying it at the store?

Lot’s of phones are free but the plans are really expensive, and theyre usually phones made for texting so they can hit you up with another bill but yes they are free with plot. But don’t buy it online buy it from a verizon sprint or At&T store for warranty purposes.

yes u can really get some pretty decent phones for free from the service provider if u sign a two year agreement.

I have a excellent friend in Canada and I want to call her cell phone from my own using one of persons “fav 5″ plans or something like that. I already have Vonage just for that but I want to be able to talk to her while I am out as well and Vonage cell phones only work when you are near a WIFI signal.

Is calling from the USA to Canada going to disqualify me from using one of persons plans to call her for free?

If it is possible, what phone company and plot can I use?
