I need an unlocked cell phone while I’m roving in France for business and I need to have it shipped overnight. I don’t have an ebay account or paypal and would rather not go that route……
Please help….

Ebay of course. But if you would rather go a different route then you can probably get a pre-paid phone at just about any store that has electronics.

too simple. eBay.com, only safe method to get a phone over the net. Plus if you email them most ebayers will ship overnight for a small extra cash.
