what is navigator on AT&T cell phone? Is it just a GPS or can it help you locate your phone?

I am life charged for the service but have no thought how to use it. I don’t need a GPS and when my son lost his phone, the store did not try to use the service or tell me how to use it.

Navigator on AT&T is a locator for your phone, assuming a user is with the phone. Ideal for parents or if you just want to know where someone is as long as they have their phone with them.

Family on vacation, truck broken into in Seattle, Washington. Elderly mothers purse taken, everything is gone, medicine,credit/debit cards, licence, pictures, check book……everything! Cellphone has GPS…can it be traced? What do they do? Have no earnings of communication and 2000 miles from home!

Best thought would be to contact the cell phone service provider and question them. I don’t judge they do the whole tracing business unless it’s for something like a missing person, etc. Any way you should report the cell phone lost otherwise the person that took it may maybe be running up a huge bill and you’ll be responsible for it if not reported stolen in a timely manner. Sorry to hear of your unfortunate situation – not everyone in Seattle is like that so hopefully you will visit again.
