Sorry, so far I haven’t found any.
But Virgin sells prepaid phones (aka no plot, pay-as-you-go) starting at $ 9.99, and they look half-way decent. Plus, you can pick it up at a Target (etc) so there’s no shipping costs.
Don’t use Tracphone– been there, done that.
That being said, the only prepaid service that really has worked for me is Virgin Mobile. Plus, they’ve got the some of the better and more economically priced phones. There’s also no shipping for the phones if you can’t pass by a Target and buy one. That being said, it costs 20cents per min, but you can get 60 free mins by by this Kickbacks Ad code yTHps7sX when activating the phone.
Plus, if you buy a minute pack you get 200mins for $ 20 a month..or 10 cents a minute You can get 1000 texts for adding $ 5 a month or just pay 15cents per text. If that’s not for you, instead you can pay $ 2 a month for 30 texts.
The best thing is that you can change the service whenever you want without paying any fines…so if you suddenly don’t need 200mins a month you can cancel it and continue paying 20cents a minute And you can earn more free minutes by watching specific videos or doing surveys.
If you want internet, you can add a data pack, which allows you to surf the web from your phone for 24hours for a $ 1.50 per day (ONLY the days you use the internet), which is much better than other people I know who have contract phones and get charged $ 1 or more per minute of internet use.

I personally have never heard of a company who just gives out free phones. There has to be an incentive for them. Most providers such as T Mobile, Alltel, AT & T etc. have promotions everywhere you sign a two year contract and you get a ‘discount’ or ‘free’ phone. You can go prepaid but most services require to to pay full or most of the phones costs
