someone told my friend that the FBI has a contract with revol and they have given permissions for all of their cell phones be tapped. Is this right

ALL cell phone carriers can be tapped. This is the law, but a VALID court order is vital for the tap to be started. The is the law in the United States under: Communications Help for Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (CALEA), Pub. L. No. 103-414, 108 Stat. 4279.

Nearly any one can listen to your phone call if you use a cell phone. You just have to buy the right equipment, to listen to people talk on their cell phones. It is a small harder to listen on a land line then a cell phone. A cell phone is broadcasting on the airways. A land line you have to go to that line to tap it.
