How is it possible to call, from a cell phone from low altitude moving airplane BEFORE 2004 G3 software?

“Gereration 3″ cell phone software – to call from inside a low altitude moving airplane – was ONLY available on 2004, yet many inside the airplane that attacked the Pentagon used their phones… in 2001? How?

Any scientific explanations?
For those who did not know; it means a new “software” that will provide the means of correcting triangulation on real time and keep communications open.

It depends on frequency like by a cell in a hospital. It may do nothing or it may interfere with the equipment and kill a patient.

Try calling your Phone Manufacturer which is Samsung..
