What is a reliable website to buy CHEAP new or used cell phones?

I’m looking to buy a new or positively used cell phone, I just want the cell phone, NO CONTRACT. And at a cheap price. Some of the websites I’ve looked at are over pricing their cell phones.

Btw, I’m looking for an ATT Cell phone

The Vacation Studio

My cheap podcasting studio. Lately I’ve been using a Belkin Tunetalk Stereo recorder for my iPod as my "Studio mic." Not the best quality, but you use the tools that you have. (Plus it’s better than the mic that I sent through the laundry…) I recently made a mic stand out of a .99 "Architect’s Lamp" that I bought at walmart. I pried the light off with a screwdriver and stuck on a cell phone "dashboard holder" where the lamp used to be. Just pop the ipod in the holder using the clip on the case and bingo! It’s about as excellent as you can rig up without a shockmount.

My daughter broke my cell phone. My contract isn’t up until February. I can add a line for $ 10 extra a month, but then that makes a new contract. I don’t want to make a new contract. So, I was just wondering if anyone had any thought where I can buy a cheap cell phone. I don’t need all the fancy stuff on it right now, just something that public can call me and I can call them. I have at &t service.
Oh yeah, I don’t want to add a new contract or plans. I just need some thoughts of where I can buy a cheap phone that will last me until February and keep my same contract without adding anymore lines.

buy an at&t pre-paid phone and just place your ancient sim card in it. .

Virgin mobile has very nice inexpensive phones. Also they carry monthly plans now which is fantastic and their plans are alot less money then the larger cell phone companies. AND THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS!!!!!!!!!! no fees for leaving or anything. Plus if your daughter texts alot like my small brother they have special text messaging plans.

You can also check out Ebay but beware of the fine print on the auctions. They like to make the phone look all fantastic and then there is fine print on the bottom public never notice.
Like for example phone works fine now no problems but i did drop it in water. Well obviously you wouldnt want that phone now would ya.
