If i am on a verizon wireless family plan for cell phones, can only 1 phone get mobile internet?

if my family plot has 5 public on it, can just one person get boundless internet on their phone without the rest of them getting it? If so, how much more per month would it be?

Yes, you can make it so only one person has internet access you have to add it to the phone. I have a data plot from verizon and it costs 30 extra dollars a month.
