How do you rate Rogers cell phone reception versus Virgin Mobile? Better? Worse?

I’m in Brampton, Ontario Canada. Currently have a Virgin Mobile plan, thinking of switching to Rogers.

This garden outside of the B1E Gallery on Glenwood Avenue in Rogers Park reminds me of community gardens in Alphabet City in NYC.

I live in Canada and I am up for upgrade of my cell with Rogers. I want to get a pink Blackberry curve and I was wandering anyone knows how much will it cost to upgrade it? 300, 400 Canadian? Peope who know only please
