Does a warped cell phone battery tell you anything?

I recently have been having cell phone issues. Poor service / dropping calls / really shot battery life, so I took it into a community small cell phone store. I have verizon but this was just one of the supplies that sells all brands. The guy behind the counter takes my battery off and puts it on the table and spins it. He said I’m having problems because my battery is warped. I have never heard of this method, and he didn’t seem very credible. Any thoughts?

i have a few problems. 1. i have dead spots in my home. 2. i despise cradling my small cell phone on my shoulder 3. i don’t carry my cell phone with me all the time while i’m in the house.

Some plans offer free call forwarding. If you have a land line, you may maybe always forward your calls when you’re at home. I do it. I also find a full size fixed phone simpler to hold.

there are bluetooth home phones that will allow you to sync up to 2 cell phones…. plus they still work with your landline…. so its like 3 phones in one…

panasonic makes one (can not find the model, but last time i was in best buy i saw one there… )

GE models are called cell fusion…

i still would stay away from uniden or vtech…
