Cell phone company sent me two phones. Can I sell the second one?

When I called to renew my cell phone contract through US Cellular, I bought a new phone from their website. But, I was sent two phones. After coming up two weeks to see if they would contact me about the mistake, they have not said anything.

Am I able to sell the second phone? Would the buyer have any problems activating it? Not sure if they lock the phone to the phone number of the buyer until it is activated for some reason, or if anyone can activate it as long as they are a US Cellular customer as well.
