Q&A: What is the best cell phone for the type of user that I am??

since many people like myself are eliminating the home wired phone and opting for cellular phones, what is the best phone unit for the person who only needs it for clear, reliable telecommunications. I can do without the MP3, picture or video technology.

I just want a solid unit the will serve as my only means of telephone communications.

Today I’m a Nextel Subscriber and I’m happy with the service and plans; however, I would consider switching providers if the phone unit were solid and clear.

I keep my land line only because I need it for the computer and the internet. If I had a reasonably priced option I’d take it but the cost to change is pretty steep.

If you are looking for the BEST phone that sprint has to offer and you don’t care about the price it has to be the Sprint’s version of the HTC Touch Pro. Although it runs on windows 6.0 it looks fantastic. Of course the phone will be a lot cheaper with a 2 year contract. Phone is supposed to come out the end of this month, it’s also coming out on Verizon but supposedly they took out some cool things from it and watered down the RAM and processing speed, these are all rumors but who knows?
