Current best prepaid cell phone plan?

I am looking to buy a prepaid cell phone and plan . I don’t use my phone everyday to talk or text.
I was looking into Verizon and just add $ 15 every time I needed it. AT&T for Go Phone (pay as you go) is another option I am considering. Can anyone please tell me about their experience with prepaid phone plans?

I have altel prepaid pay per day……

unlimited text, nittes and weekends, altel to altel, and one fav number……for 1.25 a day or nearly 40 a month…10cents a minute otherwise
is there anything better than that ..and a lil cheeaper
is Boost Moblie any good?

I have the same plan…I looked around before i got it and i couldnt find one better… But i had virgin mobile so i disliked that and I am actually very happy with alltel pay per day…Since most plans texting cost more on them
