What's the easiest way to make a cell phone game?

I reckon most are made in java, are some also made in flash? How can I make a simple cell phone game?

or invisio platform .. or C++ for symbian .. I reckon the simplest way is java..

When I had verizon I was a huge fan of the ENV’s, and now they have the ENV touch which sounds like a cool phone considering you don’t want a smartphone.

The env3 has the best texting from what I have experienced and heard, the keys are pretty huge as different to additional qwerty phones.
