What is the best cell phone company as far as price, phones, and customer service?

I have been a long time Verizon customer, have been left for wanting in price and customer service. I need some thoughts on the best deal.

sprint has some pretty excellent prices on their stuff, i switched to them from at&t

cant remember the name but my mom is paying 45 bucks a month for boundless text, talk, and web
