North Carolina verizon cell phone calling New York home-phone costs?

I live in North Carolina i have a Verizon Mobile.
If I call my cousin who lives in NewYork on her home-phone DURING THE WEEKEND is it still free?
like free weekends?
or is that only mobile to mobile?

Well, it depends on your plot details.

You would not pay long distance charges, as those do not apply with cell phones. Though, if your plot is free weekends to mobile facts only, well-that is going to cost. Generally, though, free nights and weekends means to any domestic (not international) digit and it would not cost you anything more.

I would certainly call Customer Service and verify, though, to avoid any surprises.
