Is there anywhere to get T-mobile phones for cheap without a 2-yr contract?

My family is thinking of switching to a T-mobile family plus plot. The only conundrum is, since it’s not on a 2-yr contract, the phones are very expensive. Is there anywhere to get them cheaper, online or in a store, without agreeing to the contract?

Yes. A fantastic house to go for phones, used or new is eBay. With T Mobile, you should be able to just place your sim card in your new phone. The only thing to really watch out for is, buy phones designated for T Mobile if you want to be positive it will work. Some phones from AT&T may work, as well as unlocked ones, but you’re safest with the “authoritative” ones.

I just bought a new cell phone that can play video, I don’t know what format the video has to be though?

So basically I’m asking what video formats are compatible with mobile phones… I reckon I read somewhere for my phone it was AAC… but is that just audio, or audio AND video?
