How many cell phone users will have cell phones capable of internet?

I want to know if web cell phones like the 3g or droid are going to be standard and if so how standard specifically.

Are they going to be like picture phones everywhere practically everyone with a cell phone has advanced phones competent of efficient and usefull browsing..

Yes, sooner or later everyone will have something more like what we reckon of as a smart phone now. I’m not sure how long it will take, possibly 5 being or so. But eventually the technology does filter down to everyone.

I want to start a business everywhere I send a picture to a list of users cell phones once a week for a fee.

Are there any services that offer this?
- people can sign up on their own
- collect a fee
- keep list of cell phone #’s
- keep track of pictures sent
I don’t know what those services are called, if they exist or even who would provide them.

That’s why I’m asking the collective knowledge of the internet here if anyone knows about them.

Most cell phone providers will let you email attached photos from your cell phone. This is a normal “email” service.

You can email photos to your cell phone digit and if your phone has a large enough memory card, store it in your phone. You can then forwards that photo to anyone who’s phone has email capabilityies or to an email account. This would be call a multimedia message.
