how do i buy cheap cell phones?

i know a couple people in my town that sell phones with no charger or back. and they are cheap. i was wondering how do i buy those kind of phones.

If you really want a cheap phone, go to radio shack and look for those “pay by the minute phones”. It’s these cheap little phones that cost like 20-30 bucks, and every minute you talk it just charges you a few cents. SUPER cheap.

If you want a cell phone for your carrier, go to craigslist or something. Plenty of old, used, and cheap phones.
