With verizon wireless cell phones, are the free minutes only from one verizon phone to the next?

It’s with the free nights and weekends minutes…
Are they free if you call someone on their home phone or a different company or is it only from one verizon from to another verizon phone?

I was wondering if any new verizon wireless cell phones are coming out in december 2009 or january 2010…with a touch screen but slides and has a full keyboard…..if there are any…what are the names of some?!

Verizon huh? Best cell phone company customer service I’ve had. QWERTY keyboards and touch screens are nice; though, you will have to keep checking their website (www.vzw.com). You may also want to check www.phonescoop.com.
