What is the best flat rate cell phone service out there for someone such as I?

What is the best flat rate cell phone service out there for someone such as I?

I don’t make a lot of calls,but I do a lot of wireless web surfing sometimes though. Also, is there any way I could customize my contract with whatever cell service I happen to choose as well?

i have verizon and i LOVE it– i get service when my friends don’t. 5 stars!

the only problems i have ever heard of is when my brother broke his and he had problems with customer service, but personally i have never had a conundrum
