my cell phone won't turn on?
My cell phone is a blitz from verizon and I place it in my backpack for school now. When I came home and checked it, the screen was blank but the key pad had it’s set alight on. I plugged it in the charge, but after a couple hours, it was still like that. So I took of the battery and place it back in…but it didn’t change anything except the key pad set alight wasn’t on anymore.
What could be incorrect?

you screen can be broken. i have something like that only the screen is all white.

try turning it off and back on
if that doesnt work, call the company and question them what do to and if none of that works, get a replacement

Change the battery. Or give ur phone to any cell service. Or buy one new one .It is very simple na?

could it be that your phones dead and your charger is broken?
try pushing the #,*, and power button at the same time
if that doesn’t work take out your battery place it in the freezer for about 3-5 min and then take it out and try your phone again if that doesn’t work let your battery get a small hot and try again if that still doesn’t work use your home phone for tonight and go get a new phone tomorrow!
