is it legal to sell an old cell phone in which I upgraded from & deleting contacts?

is it officially authorized to sell a ancient cell phone from yrs ago in a garage sale.I see people question for ancient cell phones in freecycle.net ..
and also.. I do not see an option to rub out all contacts from ancient phone.just one by one.. Theres , i just dont have the time.. thnx for looking..

Yes, its officially authorized. It is a piece of property and you can do with it what you delight…..

Though, you may not get much for it, nor will anyone want it since mobile technology changes so much….you may be better off donating it wherever…

No, not at all illegal or a SIM unlock wouldn’t be part or possible of the cell phones to use with another provider. To help with your promotion tell the people that they can buy an Activation Kit at Tmobile for only $ 9.99 in stores or just $ 6.99 on the web site of t-mobile.com.. the kit includes an Activation Code, 10 minutes, and a New Sim card for them to go on prepaid to go….

I have verizon and I am due for a new phone. I dont want to buy an ancient phone the week or 2 before the new ones come out and be outdated already. Is there any day or time i should be expecting to see the new verizon based phones ready for sale?
ok then i am looking to have the newest phone and i am not looking for a smart phone….i want a specific date or month that tells me when the newest phones are coming out, i know how cell phone plans work and how much they cost, and all that info….i just want to know when the new phones are coming out

The stores usually don’t get the phones first. Verizon’s website first, but you’ll pay full price. If you wait about a week after the new phone comes out you’ll be able to get them for less on line.
The better question question yourself is “What do I need the phone to do? With most smart-phones your monthly bill is going to be at least $ 60 to over $ 200 per month( depends on your phone and internet minutes you reckon you need). The Hot ticket with Verizon is Vcast, but make sure you have enough storage for you music you want. When you question the question and said you don’t want to be outdated, were you trying to say, to be out of fashion?!!?? If you a slave to fashion you’ll always be out dated!!!!
