I need a cell phone that can survive ME!?

I drop my phone all the time. Overall I am not excellent with electronics, and phone usually lasts me about 6mo-1yr before it can’t handle the stress of being my phone anymore. I’ve stopped getting the cool new phone long ago because I drop them…so I need a tough phone that can handle being dropped frequently. If I could I would like it to have bluetooth capabilities, music ringtones, and a camera… but then again, beggars can’t be choosers. Does anyone know this rugged phone? My carrier is t mobile.

im the same way as you and it lasted me about 14 months with no replacements.

or try a blackberry pearl.

but all samsung phones hold up realllyyy well too.

possibly you should just try putting a case on your phone?

Sanyo makes a military grade cell phone. that should last you. or some of those hardcore motorola’s that seem to be made for construction workers. My friend Katie has the same conundrum. She now has an HTC slider phone. It’s working out alright, it’s not dead yet.

Yes I have the perfect one! Its the G1! I know it sounds so breakable and you reckon you can’t handle it! But I reckon with just a hardcover and a screen protector you’ll be just fine!

my friend has the blackberry pearl and she has dropped it in the toilet and it still works! lol! also the samsung u340 works fantastic i used to have it and i threw it crosswise the mall, my dad ran over it with his car, and i dropped it out of a 2 tale window and it still works! the samsung u340 is also only 50 bucks so it is very cheap! the only thing is that the samsung u340 doesnt have bluetooth. i would suggest the blackberry though! it is fantastic i have it now and it is fabulous! my blackberry is verizon but my friend i mentioned in the begining has t mobile and she likes her phone too! hope this answer helped!

My husband needs a new cell phone and I want to buy him one and bolt from the blue him.

What style phone do you reckon is best for a contractor? Something rugged and able to be dropped occasionally. Also something that doesn’t have an antenna that goes up and down. They always break and bend! Thanks, I know I can always go here because you guys know EVERYTHING!!
an external antenna is ok but I just don’t want one that goes up and down I want one that just stays in house.

Nextel/Sprint has a fantastic line of Motorola phones that are specifically designed to be used commercially. If you reckon you will possibly loose or break the phone look at insurance for the phone.

Sprint / Nextel has the leading selection of Military Spec Tough Phones. The toughest one right now is the Sanyo 7050 but it does have an external antenna. I don’t know of any tough phones that don’t have antennas.
