Free online cell phone tracker?

there’s this creep that has been texting me for the past 3 days. i don’t know who he/she is. it’s starting to freak me out. i question who the person is but they don’t answer. and i want to report the person. but i don’t know how… some help?

Call your phone carrier and see what you can do. Otherwise you can make a report with the police to try and get them to stop.

Want i want to do is like bed in a gps ma?tre d'h?tel on a memory card for a phone so all i would have to do is place the memory card in it and then have a program on my computer that lets me be able to track it. The cell phone does have internet. Is there any program that does this? And thats free and works on a mac?? Windows is okay too.

Some phones, on some carriers, are made to be trackable by the user – some aren’t. (All cellphones sold for use in the US have to be trackable by E911 turrets.) Contact your mobile carrier. (You could doubtless write a program to do it but that would depend on the phone, the carrier and your ability to write software.)
