Why not make your own – plug in your phone with your USB cable to your PC and download them.
I have my kids on my cell ph wallpaper from digital photos.

Depends on your brand of mobile – most sites have their own free wallpaper on there website

Verizon only gives you 2-3 themes depending on what type of phone you have. In this video i show you that it is possible to download custom themes to your cell phones. LG phones such as the chocolate touch, dare, and env touch use menus are wallpapers that run off of sparkle which means the the sparkle program can get information such as the time from the phone and show it on the wallpaper. This is what allows numerous of these wallpapers to function. This also means you can make and edit themes by Adobe Sparkle.
