Q&A: What's the most affordable cell phone provider for a family plan?

I’m looking for an unlimited text + talk + web plot. for a family of 3. they must carry gsm phones, and have excellent coverage. any suggestions?

For Gsm only, I would go with T-mobile. They just started a new cheap pricing plot.

kajeet! It’s not a “family plot” but they end up being cheaper than a family plot and it comes with free parental controls so you can restrict your child’s phone usage. Don’t you reckon its ridiculous how much cell phones are and how much we pay for cell phone service?

It isn’t so expensive in other countries, everywhere you can get prepaid minutes and free incoming for much less than we pay in the United States.

We should demand for more affordable cell phone service!
